1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AI Naukar ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
These terms apply to all users including business owners, administrators, and any person who accesses the platform.
2. Description of Service
AI Naukar is a business management SaaS platform providing:
- GST invoice generation and management
- Inventory and stock management
- Customer relationship management
- AI-powered business assistant
- WhatsApp automation for customer communication
- Business analytics and GST reports
- Expense tracking and P&L reporting
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- Notify us immediately at support@ainaukar.com if you suspect unauthorized access
4. Subscription Plans and Payment
4.1 Plans
AI Naukar offers the following subscription plans: Free, Starter (₹499/month), Growth (₹1,499/month), and Pro (₹2,999/month). Features and limits vary by plan as described on our pricing page.
4.2 Free Trial
Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No payment is collected during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends without being charged.
4.3 Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable taxes
- Failed payments may result in service suspension after a grace period
4.4 Plan Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use AI Naukar to:
- Generate fraudulent, fake, or illegal invoices
- Send spam or unsolicited messages via WhatsApp integration
- Violate any applicable Indian law including GST regulations
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized persons
- Use the AI assistant to generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content
- Upload malicious code or files
6. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all business data you enter into AI Naukar — invoices, customers, products, expenses. We do not claim any rights over your business data.
You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
7. Service Availability
We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will notify users in advance of planned maintenance. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary service unavailability.
8. AI Features Disclaimer
AI-generated content (business insights, marketing copy, chat responses) is for informational purposes only. You should verify AI-generated GST figures, financial data, and legal content before acting on them. AI Naukar is not a substitute for a chartered accountant or legal advisor.
9. WhatsApp Usage
By using our WhatsApp integration, you agree to:
- Only send messages to customers who have consented to receive them
- Comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform policies
- Not use the integration for spam or bulk unsolicited messaging
Misuse of the WhatsApp integration may result in account suspension.
10. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
Upon termination, you may request a data export within 30 days. After 30 days, data will be permanently deleted.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Naukar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of business, lost profits, or data loss.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Punjab, India.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notification at least 7 days before taking effect.
