Refund Policy

💰 Short version: We offer a 14-day free trial — no payment upfront. If you're charged and something went wrong on our end, we'll make it right. We process refund requests within 5-7 business days.

1. Free Trial Policy

All paid plans (Starter, Growth, Pro) come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. You will only be charged if you choose to continue after the trial period ends.

If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged anything.

2. Refund Eligibility

Here's a clear breakdown of what qualifies for a refund:

✅ Eligible for Refund
  • Charged after cancelling during free trial
  • Duplicate payment due to technical error
  • Service was completely unavailable for more than 72 hours
  • Wrong plan charged due to our system error
  • Unauthorized charge on your account
❌ Not Eligible for Refund
  • Changed your mind after using the service
  • Didn't use the platform during the billing period
  • Forgot to cancel before renewal
  • Dissatisfied with AI response quality
  • WhatsApp limits imposed by Meta
  • Partial month usage after cancellation

3. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard under Billing & Plan → Cancel Subscription.

4. How to Request a Refund

Your registered email, transaction ID or Razorpay payment ID, reason for refund request

Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method via Razorpay

If you believe you've been charged incorrectly and we have not resolved your issue satisfactorily, you may raise a dispute with Razorpay directly or contact your bank.
