2.1 Information You Provide
- Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and password when you sign up
- Business Information: Business name, GSTIN, address, city, state, and business category
- Customer Data: Names, phone numbers, emails, and addresses of your customers that you enter into the platform
- Transaction Data: Invoice details, products, prices, payments, and expenses you record
- Payment Information: Billing details for your subscription (processed securely via Razorpay — we do not store card numbers)

- IP address and browser type for security purposes
- Usage logs — which features you use and when
- Error logs to help us fix bugs
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain and improve the AI Naukar platform
- To generate invoices, GST reports and business analytics
- To send WhatsApp messages on your behalf to your customers
- To power AI features using your business context
- To send you product updates, billing notifications and support responses
- To comply with legal obligations under Indian law
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal or business data to any third party. We share data only with:
- Anthropic: AI query processing (no data retained by Anthropic per their API terms)
- Meta (WhatsApp): To deliver WhatsApp messages on your behalf
- Razorpay: For payment processing
- Contabo: Our hosting provider (servers located in Germany/India)
All third-party providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
5. Data Security
- All data is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS
- Passwords are hashed using bcrypt — we cannot see your password
- Database access is restricted to authenticated services only
- Regular automated backups
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account:
- You may request a full data export before deletion
- Your data is permanently deleted within 30 days of account closure
- Billing records may be retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax law

You have the right to:
- Access all data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Export your data in a portable format
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Opt out of marketing emails at any time
